OxiMedical Oxygen - Roswell, GA

Bad customer service. AZ office where we bought the unit don't answer the phone always go to recorder, leave messages and they still do not return calls. I had to call the Ga. office and they go a hold of the AZ. office and they finally answered the phone. This has been going on for over 2 weeks. Brand new Inogen machine and it is not working well. Finally got someone to answer and they say they will replace it lets see.

My father has been on a large in-home concentrator for about a year, and we had been lugging around portable oxygen tanks for when he went out. We had heard about the Inogen Portable units and discovered OxiMedical here locally. Robert was extremely knowledgabe about our choices, patient with my father, and truly terrific to work with. The portable unit itself has been a game changer, and we are so very grateful for OxiMedical and Robert for their services and products.

Was in dire need of getting oxygen for my mom, as she is visiting here from Canada. And I was having difficulty finding a place who not only offered reasonable pricing to purchase a unit, but who would honor my mother's unique situation and special needs. I found Oximedical during a Google search and met and spoke to Christian Monroe. I explained to him my mom's situation and how she needed oxygen immediately as her levels were falling low. Not only was he very understanding and patient, he was very knowledgeable and suggested one of the best portable units for a very good price. It was a much better price than what the other companies were offering. The process was quick, thorough and hassle free, all done over the phone. Offered an easy finance option, and the best part was that he had it shipped immediately so she could receive it the next day. He also waived the shipping fee and shipped the unit out himself. I am very pleased with the outstanding customer service and care from Christian. Literally, a life saver! Definitely rcommend this company!
