Okay, so I had this DOT physical, and it was no sweat at all. They had a room ready for me the minute I walked in, and they jumped right into the exam. They did all the usual checks like my heart and lungs and made sure my joints were all good. They didn't leave out anything, even checked to see if I could squat and reach - which is pretty important for driving safely. The whole team knew their stuff and kept things moving so fast I was surprised when it was over. They gave me the green light for driving, and I was on my way. Plus, I got some smart advice on eating better on the road. For a mandatory exam, it was top-notch.
