Devra is amazing. She had me laughing the second I was taken back to the exam room, which helped ease any nerves. She was so diligent, and it was obvious she cared about what is going on with me. Dr. Campbell was very nice too

Worst experience ever. The girl at the front desk rolled her eyes at me when I was trying to schedule an appt and asked her for a calendar.. she said, "can't you just use your phone calendar?". No respect. The phone system sucks, option #1 hold times are more than 30 minutes, and several times I got randomly disconnected, option #5 for procedure scheduling is run by a ghost. No one answers, there's just an option to leave a message but no one ever calls back. Calls are not monitored and and employees are impatient in helping to decide which dates and times work best for the patient. I had to drive 25 minutes to go in person to see what the problem was in getting a procedure scheduled. We're all busy, I get that but the rudeness is unacceptable. Their staff is entitled??? Done with that place and the dysfunction

After my first visit to Dr. Inder "Sam" Tandon, Gastroenterologist at Wellstar Roswell, I feel confident that my health outcome will be auspicious. Early on during the discussion of my concerns with this scholarly physician, I found him to be top notch. He has a wonderfully pleasant and positive energy that transcended beyond my expectation. I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable and informative, sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience in a manner that I could clearly understand. I felt that he talked to me and not at me. He listened attentively to me speak and he analyzed my words as well as prior medical information from my patient chart and new information that I presented. Then, he recommended a practical strategy for optimal results. Dr. Tandon involved me in the specifics of my care. He even asked questions to make certain that I have an understanding of the medical topic at hand. Dr. Tandon helped me to feel assured that there are impactful solutions to my concerns as he offered his decisive and trustworthy expertise. I would like to thank Dr. Tandon for being one of the best of the best in his field and for caring enough to urge me to be expeditious in following through with his recommendations. I would also like to thank Dr. Tandon's Medical Assistant Devra, who could not have been more warm, personable, and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist, and this was only my first visit to the office. I appreciate your compassion, Devra. And thank you Jordan for your proactive assistance with scheduling. It certainly made a difference. The office is a welcoming environment, clean and comfortable. Wellstar Healthcare is truly the best of the best!
