Elizabeth is an incredible practitioner with a wide range of skills that cannot be overstated. I've been seeing her for abdominal massage regularly over the last 4 months and the experience has been life changing. I've gone from cycle pain that's had me bent over on the floor (currently have a dermoid cyst) every month to having about 10 to 20 minutes of total pain across my 5 day cycle. I should also mention that my cycle has shortened from 7 to about 5 days in the time we've been working together. I just had an ultrasound to follow up on the cyst and I'm feeling optimistic about the outcome(s) giving all the positive changes so far. No matter what happens, Elizabeth has not only given me the gift of relief from some of what ails me, but she's also educated me deeply on a variety of things I can do to assist in bringing my issues to a resolution. She's an incredible teacher and counselor and empowers you to take ownership of your experience will gently guiding you through the process. I'm forever grateful!

Elizabeth is a talented healer with a niche gift in massage and healing in some of the areas where traditional massage is taught to avoid. Her work on the abdomen and pelvis radically shift people's digestive and reproductive states and also have been noted to alleviate painful areas of the body. As a chiropractor, she is one of my most trusted referrals.

I have been seeing Elizabeth for abdominal massage and general massage for about a year now. I was interested in Arvigo and abdominal massage for a few reasons, curiosity, pre-pregnancy preparation and health as well as period health. She is intuitive and kind and creative in addressing issues as they come up. Her knowledge and experience are both extensive. I have noticed positive changes in my digestive and reproductive health with easier digestion and elimination as well as gentler periods. I have also had less physical pain and tightness in both back and belly. Her at home care recommendations have also been highly beneficial and helped me learn more about my body and how best to care for myself. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth is a truly magnificent human and healer. Her knowledge base and skills go much beyond what books could teach a practitioner and this magic comes through in every aspect of interacting with Elizabeth.
