If I could give customer factory zero stars, I would. Merle and John will tell you what you want to hear, but they cannot deliver.

Alex has been amazing to work with! She's the best associate I have worked with at the Customer Factory! I don't know what her salary is but Mr. Nesbit, she desires a raise, bonus, and recognition for her outstanding customer support! :)
