Unlockit provided excellent and timely service when I needed it urgently. My house was about to go on the market, but a multipoint lock broke in one of my doors just before the listing was supposed to go live. They were the only locksmith who knew anything about that type of lock, and they worked with me to get expedited shipping of the part, and came out to install it asap. I can't thank them enough, and would give them my highest recommendation.

3 weeks ago I was in need of a fob replacement for my Honda Civic, and coincidentally enough, I drove by the Woodstock location, and I am so glad I did! Jose and Susan were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Then today I stopped by about a curiosity of my fob and trunk function and again, both Jose and Susan were so kind and helpful. What I have to say I love about the customer service here is how eager they are to help you. Jose even held the door open for me and told Susan and I that his mother raised him so. If that doesnt say enough about what kind of establishment this is, I dont know what does. Absolutely recommend!! 1000/10
