        They have an in-house trainer to show you how to use the machines. The staff is always very helpful and friendly I highly recommend Planet Fitness to everyone and anyone!!

        I would highly recommend coming to this location over any of the other planet fitness locations. The staff and manager Daryl were super nice and walked me through the cancellation. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to go to this location due to life circumstances and they didnt treat me with disrespect like the Johnscreek location. I had previously talked to an employee at the wrong location (Johnscreek) and explained the reason I needed to cancel and he was super disrespectful telling me to go online and find the corporate number and that they work with a third party company so Im not getting my annual fee back regardless of my situation . I was appalled at the way I was treated but after walking into my location I realized it was the wrong location I talked to and thank God because my location Roswell/Holcomb bridge would never treat a guest like that.
