Not only are their fees very reasonable, you can get in touch with the same customer representative every time you need assistance. We've dealt with many credit card processors over the years, and you do not have to call a 1-800 number or have long waits to get help.

My company, Enviro-Cool, LLC has been using PayHawk for 3 years now and changing my credit card processing service to them is one of the best decisions I've ever made. In 14 years, I have tried at least 7 different processors, with PayHawk being the last one I will ever use. They are very nice, GOOD people and are extremely professional. Their service and virtual terminal are 2nd to none and I wish I had known about them years earlier! Their statements are easy to read and processing credit cards is fast, with saved credit card numbers stored in a secured, virtual vault. I would highly recommend these people!
