        Bruh! It took a hr for them to take my food order in the drive thru.... I would have left but once you get in the thru you kinda stuck you can't pull out! This was the only fast food open that night, but rest assured never again. Im still waiting till this day. The food should've been free you think. 4/7/2024

        Overcharged. Not really familiar with place or pricing. I was shocked at how much it was...so much so that I checked the prices when I got home. Also order has onions and it was obvious they had sat too long. They had that overwhelming strong bite/taste. I couldn't eat my items after a couple of bites. I should have just taken $ out of my purse and torn it up. I would have saved money and time

        Not accepting apple pay at the drive through is ridiculous, especially considering the wait for orders made inside is 10x longer. Either fix the card readers, or allow employees to handle phones like they used to.

        Their food is looking too far from the pictures in their commercials. But thats ok. It is still tasty. Biggest issue I have is with orders when something is missing. Almost every other time I found that something is missing in my order. When I pick up, I usually check whats in the bag and return if something is missing. But when order delivery I dont have time and opportunity to return. I submit a feedback/complain in their app, but dont have any reply. Seems like Im feeding someone in Taco Bell and thats ok for them if they keep stealing my food and do not react on complains. Love their food, but hate their service.

        The guys in the back were singing James brown songs and yelling "GIMME" and "SOUL POWER." If the employees are having a good time, I'm gonna have a good time. Honestly the funniest and best taco bell experience I've ever had. Keep it up guys. Will def come back
