Chase Bank

Im handicapped and I needed to open a business account. I was very misled and my time, like everyone elses is valuable. Aman was extremely bad at the information she provided for me. Wont be banking with them. EVER.

No drive thru teller, so I went inside and tried to cash a check. The lady informed me they do not cash checks. At this point I'm wandering why they even have a bank here.

Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and industry knowledge demonstrated in this branch. As a small business client I expected Chase and this Branch to help service my business and not create unnecessary, time consuming hassle. However on separate occasions this branch did the opposite, choosing to wait until almost the end of business to follow up on important time sensitive matters that had important financial impact on my business and my clients. When attempting to do a task that is common for individuals in my industry (insurance), the staff seemed dazed and bewildered which highlighted their inexperience in the Financial Services.

Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in setting up a business account. I did need an appointment to set up an account, but this seems reasonable to ensure that we aren't rushed and/or waiting for an hour to be served. All of my visits have left me impressed, and their website, app, personnel, and atms far exceed other banks I've worked with in the area.
