I went for a wedding reception and the place was beautiful! The people who own it are so sweet! The place was clean and organized. Definitely somewhere to hold a wedding or reception.

While the venue is beautiful and in a good location, we had issues from the start pertaining to our contract. Several things were used as a selling points during our venue tour that were not offered or included the day of. For example, we were told if we booked a Saturday wedding, we would have the venue Friday for set up, Saturday for the wedding and 3 hours on Sunday (3-6) to breakdown and clean up decorations. Nothing could or would be booked around us, which was also listed in the contract. Two weeks before my wedding, I received a text from Grayson stating they had a baby shower for a family friend that Sunday and would need us to clean up our decorations the night of the wedding or they would allot one hour to clean up on Sunday, with no regard to any plans already being made for my family and travel plans. Therefore, we had to rearrange our plans to accommodate them overbooking.
Another detail mentioned was a golf cart/side-by-side to get around the property. There was not one. In fact, they took us to one location as we crammed in their car and we did not get pictures all around the property because of this.
Make sure you have everything in writing because they will try to change the terms of the contract on you. If it isnt specifically listed but was used as a selling point, it more than likely isnt going to happen.

We got married at Willow Springs Farm in October 2022. It was everything we wanted and more! There are so many decorations there available to use and all of the natural wood elements make everything so simple and pretty. I couldnt have ask for more as for as scenery and the people who run the venue. This place will always hold a special place in my heart!
