A young lady in the office named Brittany took my call today, she was absolutely amazing so kind courteous knowledgeable. The tone and her voice and the way she spoke to me made my day like I was truly number one. Anyone that had been having a bad day like me would understand that just speaking to her made my day I love the trash services of Rome solid waste and will recommend to anyone A+ customer service Service: Waste recycling

Unresponsive for 6 months after they broke the lid off my garbage can .filled up w water couldn't put garbage in it wasn't about to pour a 50 gallon garbage water in my apartment yard so I placed my personal cans I purchased then they threw 2 of them away ..finally I get aggregated and told them just how sorry they were ..now there more concerned w my language then they are keeping their word and doing there job .To this day no one has offered to reimburse me for my 2 garbage cans that's been threw away ..if this service wasn't included in my rent then I would've changed it long ago.Who is responsible for this type of abuse of authority . Terrible attitudes and liars at best 6months of calls finally I get irate about this situation and they send someone out to fix my garbage can.then I call to thank them the lady tries to reprimand me for getting irate.i told her to save it because after 6 months of calling nicely nothing was done about it I HAD TO GET IRATE for them to do anything .still I feel owed for 2 of my personal cans they carelessly threw away while leaving garbage all over the place.
