I have to be the worlds toughest client. I was a licensed Realtor for over 40 years (been retired for two) and know or think I know everything there is about the real estate transaction. I always thought that if it was possible to do real estate better, I' would do it! Well, I was wrong. Craig Bagwell just helped Brenda and I find a new home. He was totally aware of every aspect of the transaction, knew what was available and what the market prices were, knew which people to use for inspections, loans and the closing and anticipated my every need. I'd ask for something and he'd say, "already done". He smoothed out every hurdle, and there's usually hurdles! I cannot say enough good things about this man. Craig got it done in the quickest time possible, with the least amount of hassle and always with our best interest at heart.

They went the extra mile for everyone...Million dollar homes or "fixer uppers". Clients became friends. They are successful because they are honest, knowledgeable and dedicated.
