Dr. Herron’s a great doctor. However, his Office Manager and front clerks seem to have been recruited off the corner of the street due to their lack of professional attention. The officer requires patients, most of whom are seniors, to pay their bill and copay before receipt of service. As a patient who has been seeing Dr. Herron for 5-6 years now, have never encountered the level of social dregs I’ve come into contact with in his office, anytime before. The second problem, there is someone that is supposed to check patients' temperature upon entry into the office. That is not happening with the most contagious strain spreading quickly in this region. The chairs are made of cloth and are not disinfected at any time during my visit. It’s one of those COVID19 tramps. This far, the only office where staff have a sense of proper medical hygiene is at Dr. Peller’s office. I have little fear taking my mother to his office. If you need to see a great doctor, see Dr. Herron in another location other than Harbin. If you don't mind getting infected with COVID or anything else that can be spread through bodily fluids, including sweat, or being treated by staff members who think they are talking to their friends at a street corner.... You have the right place.
