I came in with a eye abrasion and was in serious pain. They helped me even though I wasn't a patient, and Kit Stockton went above and beyond helping make sure I got the help i needed with a contact lense band aid! I really appreciate the help and Sincerity that she provided!

Very rude!!! Lady that helped me was no help just acted like she was better than me I will never step foot back in that place

Dr. Rees is pleasant.
However
Front office and office manager are blunt, hostile, and unprofessional. They need some customer service training to say the least.
They do not like to fix issues and treat customers like they are a necessary nuisance. After reading the other reviews, I see that I am one of many who feel this way.
Pricing is unreasonable. I bought the same designer frame somewhere else here in town for a lot less money.
Office staff is hard to work with.
I would give zero stars if I could.

Dr himself is a good dude.. if you've been here once, it was probably your last time as well. Don't get me started on the staff. Ew.
