Room 217 A/C unit is extremely noisy and the buttons dont work so we couldnt turn it off. TV wouldn't turn on. The pillows are flat and highly uncomfortable. They only gave us 3 towels for a room booked in advance for two adults and two children. I requested more pillows which were never given. The shower head is absolutely disgusting and the water is hard. Floors are dusty as well. The only thing decent about our stay was breakfast and the gentleman that checked us in. I dont know how they have such high reviews if im being honest.

This is the best hotel value in Rome. Very friendly front desk, good full breakfast, great coffee in the lobby. Never any Hangups using third party sites. Free parking. Close enough to downtown, and on the way into or out of town. Feels safe for family. Hot water with good pressure In shower. Comfortable bed. Nice Tv with a lot of channels. Always very clean, no weird smells or pesticide smells etc If I had to say a constructive thing, I think they could upgrade their offered toiletries. A lot of hotels are using eco friendlier options that are in larger stationary bottles. Wouldnt count off for it though, as the shampoo was just fine in my full head of hair, even without conditioner . Their evening staff was nice, just to be nice on one of those days a smile means a lot.
