      image Theres absolutely no growth with this company. They dont give yearly raises and you hardly get any hours. Because of that, they cant keep anyone, including managers. The only thing that they care about is fragrance percentage. Most of the workers just stand and lean against the counter while customers walk around and steal. Its basically a job for teens and young adults that are just starting out in retail. Dont work here. Its not worth it.
