The Peaks at Callier Springs

I moved into this apartment complex April 2022 and in the beginning it was a rough start with the management team and shape of the property. After many changes in management I believe that the perfect team has been found. My husband and I just transferred to a different apartment and the transition couldnt have been easier. The manager Brittany found us the apartment we were looking for and worked hard to make sure that our voices were heard and our needs were met! She and Noah (maintenance) have went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. I couldnt be more proud of the staff that manage this complex, I would recommend this place over and over again. Thank you to Brittany and Noah for turning this place into a true home.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The facilities are top-notch, the location is convenient, and the community atmosphere is fantastic. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service provided by the new manager, Brittney. From day one, she has been attentive, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring that residents have the best possible experience. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor make interacting with her a pleasure. Brittney's proactive approach to addressing any concerns or maintenance issues promptly has made living here a breeze. I highly recommend this apartment complex, especially with Brittney at the helm!

I have lived here since 2021, it was amazing when I moved in. But then I had a couple problems in the beginning but we were going through a lot of property management changes that hurt this apartment complex. The old ones didn't know how to run a property correctly. Now the new property management has been amazing! Brittany and Noah are a wonderful people that take their jobs seriously and professionally. Brittany has made getting a new apartment so easy! She goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the apartment and was so patient with us as we were making the transitions. They are working so hard to make this complex as good as anyone could hope, just takes time and effort and they definitely do! I have never had people so amazing at their jobs. I couldn't thank them enough for an amazing experience. I 100% recommend people coming and renting here.
