        There was a fee last year that I paid but it was showing that I didn't pay Ms Lisa and Ms Black took care of the matter got everything straightened out with that. And my taxes for this year, Ms Lisa took care of it and I left very satisfied. I definitely will be going back to Jackson Hewitt because of Ms. Lisa and Ms Black for sure.
