        Not friendly like the places I've been especially for a Northside facility. Also they told me my appointment was at 730, only to get there fill out my documents, sit for a half hour and then be told my appointment was at 8. They have to do better.

        I only can agree they are slow at times. However, each time I've experienced great customer services and wasn't rushed when it came to my procedure being done.

        I got a CT done in January 2018 and the doctor that referred me there never received a report. I called to check on it and was told that the radiologist never wrote the report for it. It is now April, and the referring doc still hasn't received the report. So, does it take 6 months for the report to be written? Wish I could give them NO stars!
