15 years and many issues, bottom line dr, speaks kind, staff does not show empathy, my Insurance company, Rehab medical and other offices have called me many times saying the wait for my medication, wheelchair etc,is because of my doctors office, test results rarely come back and I guess I became fed up as did the office when I had to sit almost 2 hours and then watch a co worker come in as a patient and be seen before me so I raised my voice in total disappointment, their resoponse to a senior citizen in a wheelchair was to no longer see me after all the issues this office has, now it's full of Spanish patients, I'm sure this office caters better towards them. Your health is important.

Dr Wright is a good Doctor. Gets along well and communicate to his patient, my only issue, you could wait for ever to get a blood test result, even when you call, they say they will call you back, and wait for anther 2 to 3 weeks until they call back.

Dr. Wright, is a great Dr. The only complaint I have is when I make an appointment I always have to wait 30 min or more before I see the Dr.

Mrs Gloria needs to retire when you call her for a prescriptions refill it takes her three to four days to call in your prescriptions.SMH
