The previous reviews were scary but I still took a chance on this place and I don't regret it. They're apparently under new management now and I haven't had any issues whatsoever living here. No bug or rodent issues. Neighbors will speak but they mainly stay to themselves like I do. My ONLY complaint is that sometimes you're waiting a while after submitting maintenance requests, BUT it's only 1 person so it's not his fault. I've only needed to do so twice for very small issues.
