Absolutely the worst service possible. A complete lack of communication that cost us thousands of dollars of penalties and fines. I didn't want to post this review. But the issue needs to be addressed internally.

Let me just say who you work with matters... I was having countless issues with my motorcycle insurance company. I called Lyndsey for a quote and not only did she get everything back to me same day, she provided outstanding service and saved me money on my premium! Thank you Lyndsey for your hard work!

I had a great experience with Lyndsey at Beach Insurance! I was about to spend an extreme amount on insurance and Lyndsey quickly helped me avoid that! She provided me the best rates and was so willing to help! We had different hurtles but Lyndsey had solutions immediately. I highly recommend Lyndsey and Hannah. They have made a long time customer out of me!

I had such a great experience working with Hannah Valentine from Beach Insurance Group, Inc.! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect insurance coverage for my truck. Hannah was so knowledgeable about all the different options available to me, and she took the time to really explain everything in detail. I appreciated her patience and her willingness to answer all of my questions. Hannah was also incredibly fair and honest throughout the process, which made me feel confident that I was making the right decision. I can't thank her enough for all of her hard work and dedication. Originally Hannah was recommended to me by a real estate agent. She is very intelligent, responsive and excellent in providing options and quotes with lots of attention to the detail. Most importantly she is FAST. When you need information, advice, documentation, she will be there for you...only a click away or a call away or a text away. This is what I love about her! If you are new in Savannah and the surrounding areas, look for Hannah Valentine! She will help you and make it easier for you! After all, you need a true professional for your insurance needs!
