Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Savannah SW/Richmond Hill

Room was just like any in any hotel. Bed was wore out and I could tell I was sleeping in a out of shape bed as it sucked me in. I didn't even mention that to front desk because why? They can't do anything. We were on the 1st floor in the front and the road noise was loud. Woke us up several times during the night. Didn't use the shower, it has hair in it from previous stays so I wouldn't even reach in there. Also had 3 spots that were caulked over, 2 from an accessory that was removed and another from a crack. Toilet paper roll was hung so close to the toilet that it touched your leg while using restroom. And to top it off.... There was a roach running free on the nightstand with the phone. (Disposed of that inhumanely) Upon checkout I informed the clerk of the roach and hair, she was very nice although the cook staff kept interrupting us. Stated she gave me a $25 credit. if that's the case I can't tell because I was charged a lot for something I would not recommend.

Traveling and stopped there when it got dark. The room was nice, clean and quiet. Had no reservations and got a room quickly and person at desk was friendly Rooms: Room was very clean, it was quiet and I got a much needed good night sleep.

My mom and I stayed for a few nights while moving her to her new home nearby. The ENTIRE staff was so kind, from management, to the front desk, to the cleaning crew - each person we interacted with was helpful and considerate. My mom needed assistance from her room cause she uses a walker, we needed some print outs, and a few other things. I was taken aback at how kind they were in a world where customer-service seems fleeting. We wanted to thank them for going above and beyond, and making my moms move a pleasant memory. Thank you!!!! Special shout-out to Kara and the entire front desk staff (which I dont remember all their names). I will definitely be staying again when I come visit her in the future. Rooms: Clean and comfortable rooms Safety: Safe location and safe parking lot

Great hotel! The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfy and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here.
