        Never rent units you can not see until you are all moved in from experience the property isnt dirty on the outside and if everyone works together to upkeep the area it will be nice as for the inside they property owners should upgrade and update because Richmond hill is a nice area with nice communities and surrounding homes why bring a volatile community here being cheap !!! That piss me off so bad when there are hard working people who want a safe environment put up some cameras so the violence can stop and also so you can view who doesnt properly dispose of trash like hello work don your job take pride in the lifestyle that other property owners and home owners worked so hard to build !!!
