Very Very unprofessional! Kelvin Woodard presented himself very unprofessional due to a lack of communication. Abandoned the job and left behind my back (without telling me why). After speaking with his oh-so-kind wife who handles booking, it was communicated that this big man was offend by a very passive not confrontational comment by my 69 y/o mother made about his price. Which had nothing to do with our agreement cause I booked it and I was paying and I offered to pay anything to get the job done. First he shared he didnt have the proper vacuum to remove the pet hair. I asked if we can just do what we can then he shared the vacuum he had was broke. Then I suggested can you start today and finish tomorrow by just wiping the inside. I have cream seats and leather dashboards. Thats would have help me a lot, as I drive Uber. So, Im confuse you, this big grown man was offended by my mothers comment or you didnt have the supplies. Either way be a man! You could have told me instead of running off like a little boy. The wife customer service was A-1 she even offered to fit me in for the following morning at 11am and accompany him to assist with the job. In no way is this post a reflection of her, but he his the one coming out to do the job. Service: Auto detailing
