I tried to make a online appointment but it wouldnt give me the option. Showed up at opening even though there were others in front of me I said I would be able to wait. I wait from 8 to 1 just to be informed that they wouldnt be able to see me and come back at 3. Even then I would still have to wait. I understand if there was a lack of staff but the situation could of been addressed differently. They asked me to fill out paper work at 11 so if they see that Im not going to be able to be serviced they could of went ahead and asked me to come back a later time or they should of just asked me make a appointment for later on so I would be able to come back at a time I could be seen. I came in on crouches so clearly I cant drive so if I would of know earlier that i would of needed to come back to get seen at a later time I could have made arrangements. I know our clinic has a high traffic so I try not to go unless I really need to and even then I try to make a appointment so it doesnt inconvenience them. I usually dont have problems with other EGHC but the one in my city completely let me down.
