        In February I ordered breakfast items on the catering menu for my daughter's birthday brunch. One of the items that I ordered came burnt and inedible. When I called the store in Pooler Ga I was told that it wasn't there fault but it was the Uber driver's fault that the food I ordered from them and that they had prepared was burnt. I made. Multiple calls, spoke with the manager, and texted their online customer care service. I never got any resolution except that they blame someone else. I will never ever order from cracker barrel store again because of such poor customer service
