    Do NOT purchase in Harmony. I-16 traffic is terrible. Large trucks and motorcycles (croch rockets), multiple cars, emergency sirens are so noisy. Windows rattle. Need sound machine in bedroom to hopefully get some sleep. Quality of life due to constant road noise is terrible. Cant believe I pay taxes on my property for this. While I understand that I-16 is a state issue, Landmark is not helping to petition the state for a sound wall. Reached out to Ron Stephens state house who sits on construction board, but he is useless politician. Homes cheaply built, noise is terriblebuy elsewhere!!!

    After about 18 months of waiting on warranty items to be repaired, I've finally reached the point of sharing my opinion of this builder, which is quite low. Anyone interested in seeing first-hand the defects the builder has refused to address is welcome to DM me and come by for a walk-through. Do this before you sign the contract! I didn't realize how bad they were during the sales and building process. While communication was sometimes slow, they were good to accommodate custom design request with reasonable quotes. That all changed after we closed on the house. Some building flaws were obvious, others we only noticed after a home inspector provided his report. I submitted all inspector findings in March 2020, and several of them are still open. The builder hasn't returned my calls or emails in well over a year, and my only channel is through the warranty company, who has recently escalated on their end because they were met with similar resistance. Bottom line: do walkthroughs often, take lots of pictures, have a home inspector review BEFORE you close, and do not close on the house until the builder corrects all deficiencies. You have zero leverage with them after you close and they will exploit that.
