Been with this FCU since the 1990s. From Chris to Tanya to a lot of others. The people are just rude and lackadaisical. This FCU charges you fees like a greedy corporation but the technology, accessibility and people that work there are antiquated in their approach and execution. I have been patient. But Im over it at this point. Truly, Sincerely, Honestly, DONT bank here. - with love

Please dont waste your time banking with them! This bank is horrible! They hold your money the way they want to! Ive never seen a bank that wont even release half of your check once you deposit it ..

Some staff here is so rude. I was rushed when trying to explain what I needed help with, talked over and was told its out of my pay rate ( loudly speaking) when saying that very embarrassing. This is at the Pooler, Georgia location. I was treated unprofessionally please do better with customer service. Its not funny when you have been with them for years and never had this problem before here or at other locations. I Completed my service and walked out in disbelief so sadden.

I had the pleasure of working with Victoria Harden for my banking needs. Victoria was very helpful, was quickly responsive, answered my calls and all my questions I had. She provided fully detailed information about my rate and even offered me additional loan consolidation opportunity. She was absolutely friendly yet professional and above and beyond, helpful. Not a member but needed some assistance notarizing and witnessing an important document. Jessica and Tiffany in the Pooler branch could not have been more helpful. I'm so grateful for their help. This is a nice facility staffed with nice people and if you're looking for a banking home, give them a try!
