Been here since september & my apartment and possibly whole building has mice & unfortunately because this is a complex they say it is not much they can do about it & that this is basically normal I guess whatever that means, make sure you have a good lawyer before moving here or dont at all .

I moved to this place on March 1, the apartment was disgusting, I had already canceled the contract in the other place, I had to clean the apartment, they told me they would give me a discount because I charged them for cleaning and now the normal rent arrived without a discount and There is no reason for anything, now there is a new manager, people here don't last, could it be by chance? I don't think so.
