Two Addison Place

If I leave a review here, the apartment manager will know who we are, but I'll make sure to leave a post here. We've been here for 5 days. I contacted the apartment manager because I had a problem with the toilet and the gate code. He said he would come to our place to fix them, but no one came. The next day we called him again and he said we changed the locks on the doors and asked for the keys. But we never changed the locks and he hung up on us, saying he couldn't fulfill the request unless we gave him the keys. He told me a ridiculous story that we changed the locks of a 6-day-old tenant who never moved in. We pressed the # button and dialed the 4-digit number hundreds of times with no response, only to be told to press it properly because we didn't press the # button. This is an incomprehensible apartment manager... I regret moving here.

My leasing experience was awesome, Gregory was super helpful and answered all my questions. The maintenance staff has taken care of a couple of minor issues promptly. I am glad I chose 2 Addison Place after looking at several properties in the area.

My daughter and I have lived here for five years. Over that five years they have raised our rent well over $100 every year. This last year Ive had some struggles, trying to keep up with paying my rent because They rent is so unbelievably high. So this year when I get my lease renewal, of course theyre going to increase it again well over $100 a month, Then I find out my neighbors who had the exact same floor plan are paying hundreds of dollars less than I am and have pushed back and were able to get an arrangement where they did not get any increase. The office said they didnt want to renew me anyway Even though, when new people move in, Im the person they tell everyone to chat with because I am always so friendly and helpful to everyone. Well, I would really hate to see how they treat people who they dont like and it definitely feels like discrimination! I cant believe that this is allowed! So they really dont care if me and my 13-year-old daughter Become homeless. I know its business, but we are actual people as well And I believe that if my neighbors pay hundreds of dollars less for their rent for the same apartment, then why should I have to pay so much more? Stay away if looking for an opportunity! I worked here for three weeks and was fired because they withheld information about my schedule even after knowing I was in school full time. When I told them that I would not be able to work more than one 6-day work week a month, they then created a narrative about me being negative and untrainable. This led to my termination! I was only there for three weeks? There was not really any training beside my week one, the Assistant manager would say he would train me on things and never did, and my Property manager was rarely out of her office! Please be careful if you are going to rent there too. The office bad mouths a lot of residents who live there! Very fake! Those people do not really love their job!
