Our home flooded back in August and our insurance company has been giving us a hard time throughout the whole process. Peachstate made sure to get the work done as soon as they were given the okay from the insurance. They are all amazing and explained everything to me. I 100% recommend Peachstate!!! Had a tree fall on my roof at the end of August. State Farm recommended Peach State to do the repairs. They came out and gave me an estimate, I submitted my claim, and I waited for the payout. I called on October 9th, once I got my payment from State Farm, and was told "We'll have someone call you either today or tomorrow." Nobody called me. I called on October 15th, and was told "We're about two weeks out, but I'll put you on the board and call you with a date." Nobody called me. I called on October 31st, and was told "I can't give you a date, but we'll call you." Are you noticing a theme yet? November 2nd, same thing. November 20th, same thing. Then I called Crosby roofing, and they told me someone would call me within 48 hours to set up an estimate appointment. Yeah, they didn't call me, either. December 4th, I called Apex Roofing and Restoration. Not only did they call me back within an hour, they came out the same day for the estimate, and the repairs were done by the end of the month, even with the Christmas holiday. To top it all off, their estimate was lower than Peach State, and they still came in under budget. I can't rate Peach State's work, because I haven't seen it, so I won't say they aren't good at what they do, but I wish I hadn't wasted so much time pinning my hopes on them.
