Sergeant Rooter and Septic

Dont use. They told me I had a clogging issue out to leach field. Yet I didnt have any inside problems. I only needed the tank drained. They put in baffles and risers that dont fix a clog. I was upsaled like they do at dealerships garages. The riser is hideous because it sticks out of ground. The owner will tell you its for the health of the system. Look up the cost of these items on line. I was charge you over 2$k and to blow compressed air in lines. I just learned that is not good and can cause damage. I felt bait and switched. I am embarrassed they call themselves Veterans Owned and its a blemish on the Enlisted Corp!!

These guys are awesome! They came the same day I called. They made it to my house around 5 and stayed until almost 9pm making sure our system was fixed before they left. Prices are definitely fair and the guys know what they're doing. Plus, they were so nice.

Todd was very straightforward and explained in detail what was needed to correct my septic tank issue in addition to the necessary pumping. He was thorough and very professional. I would recommend this company for any septic issues.
