Worst apartment I have ever lived in!!!! we moved into a dirty apartment nothing was cleaned. We didnt have a chance to do a walk through bc we were in another State The apartment was disgusting. The property manager has no concern for his tenants. He says hes gonna do things, but it never ends up happening. The house has a muggy smell. Both bathrooms, smell pissy even after we cleaned them Since they werent cleaned before we moved in. They might as well not even have Maintenance bc they are as good as nothing.you request them, they come they literally dont do anything except walk around the house looking clueless.please please please listen to all the bad reviews because we didnt and unfortunately we made a huge mistake coming here.

I am looking to move to the Perry area and I had the pleasure with meeting the property manager Mr.Gray for a tour for Perry height apartments . The property is very nice and clean . He also informed me on the renovations and what is new to come to the property, he is also very nice and accommodating . I am narrowing down my decision on where I want to move next and I believe Perry Heights would be an awesome choice to call home !

If I could rate this place negative stars, I would. This is hands down the worst place you could ever live in Perry, Warner Robins, and the surrounding areas. They have a maintenance man that is constantly walking the apartment complex and enters your apartment with NO notice. Instead of fixing issues -- such as my broken AC or my broken garbage disposal -- this creepy man instead walks your apartment and takes pictures. It's disgusting and I have complained multiple times about him, but nothing was done. Nothing was done about any maintenance issues or the man that walks into your apartment with no notice and takes pictures without consent. They take no pride in their job nor do they make any effort to make the complex appealing. The trash/dumpsters are constantly overflowing and it's atrocious. There are at least 5 cats that live by the dumpsters and it's not only sad, but also gross because they don't take care of the dumpster area. The breezeways are filled with trash, cobwebs, and other bugs/insects. The pool was closed for the entire year I lived there and was never working/always under maintenance. The office staff/management --aka Ron Teller -- is NEVER available. You can call, leave messages, email, walk up there in person, and that man is never in the office. If you're the office manager, your job is to be in the office and yet he was never there. He never calls you back and never makes any effort to take care of his tenants. He is the worst and laziest apartment manager I have ever come across. On top of all that, their payment portal never works. The lease clearly states that all payments would be handled online through the portal, but somehow I ended up having to constantly drop of checks because it was never working. That's incredibly inconvenient. It's an absolute trash place to live. They charge $1,400 for a 2-bedroom apartment that is run down, doesn't have working AC, old appliances, bugs galore everything (probably because they don't take care of the dumpster area or breezeways), and a literal hole in the patio of my apartment. I'm so glad I decided to not renew at that trash apartment complex and I hope everyone who is contemplating living there, DOES NOT. You will be disappointed and you will waste your money. Please listen to all the bad reviews because they are 100% true.

Initially my family and I moved in and it seemed like a nice place. However, we soon found out. The Pool was never open, trash built up and no one cares about it. Parking was a nightmare, the cleanliness of the buildings and breezeways are horrible. It seems that no one cares who lives there. They throw food and trans all over the grounds. Now that weve moved out, the company is trying to gouge us for a very high fee because we turned in our keys early. Even though we paid for the entire month. We told them that we would be out if the country and all we got was on OK. Now they are trying to charge me almost a full months rent for 10 days. Horrible management and owners that dont care about anything but the money coming in and how to get more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
