        Charge me out 635 a month for 2 10x30 units as 1. Cleaned 1 10x30 unit out thing I'll be paying 317 a month and saving 317 a month. Was told my new bill would be 395+12$ for ins. When asked why, I was told that was the"STREET" value of the unit. I mean, are they seeking dope, or storage units.

        My biggest frustration is with the move-out policy. I am from out-of-state and I am moving out of my unit with more than half of the month remaining and they refuse to prorate my rent, so I am giving my money to this company for nothing.. it's just insurance for them in case they can't turn it around. Why should that fall on the customer? ~$60 in this corporation's pockets. I understand it is their policy but their policy is not customer focused. For this reason, I will not be storing anything here again. The storage facility itself is great. No concerns with climate control, security, etc. Friendly staff.

        Michelle and the guy that originally did my paperwork were GREAT! We were always laughing and they made my experience great. I love this place so much I told my mom about it and she brought her stuff there from her old storage. The rates made it even better.
