I have been going to this facility since I was 16 years old and since before they changed to a bigger building in palmetto!! The staff are extremely rude!! They dont give you follow-ups on your test results, you have to literally beg for blood work to be done especially if you tell them the symptoms you are having!!! Oh and dont let me get started on the wait time!!! Brace yourself they are short staffed with floating doctors!!! And they keep you in the waiting area for a long period of time just to bill your insurance company more!! Oh the list goes on!!! I scheduled my appointment just to have my pre-op labs done and they gave me the complete run around!!!! But its ok I went elsewhere and had them done!!! Then I got a email saying my appointment is scheduled at the Carrollton location!!! When I live here in the palmetto area lol I guess the rude Hispanic lady at the front desk switched it over just to give me an even harder time!!! This place suck the staffing and they are short staff!! Please go somewhere else especially my people of color!!!!

I have been visiting the clinic for approximately 4 years. In general, they have treated me well and I have received treatment for my condition. As a community clinic, they ask you for documentation to qualify for the discount scale, and you have to go through the process. They ask you to do the studies. If you need a referral, they will do it for you anyway, the attention of the reception staff has improved, the doctor tries to listen to you but follows up with you, there are several doctors and sometimes it is a different doctor or practitioner, the assistants are very good, if you need a translation they support you Also, from my point of view, the pharmacy regularly has the medications and they are cheaper than in regular pharmacies!! There is also a dentist on the first floor and they treat you very well and the doctor is super friendly and explains your treatment to follow!! The only thing is that appointments take time, you have to call ahead of time to schedule the appointment, but if you have an emergency, they will assist you at another branch right there and you will solve the problem!!!
