      image These guys are Great! They arrived on time and started right away. Every step was explained to me and even discussed profrient ways to maintain the system properly. They even checked my backed up downstairs bath tub( completely out of the scope of their job) and tried to drain it! No Extra Charge!!! This will be the only company for me in the future for septic service. You should consider doing business with PumpIt.

      image HONEST, RELIABLE, and ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. If I could give it more stars, I would! I had a septic tank overflowing into my bathroom after a bad storm that would have cost me thousands of dollars from sewer water damage inside, but Josh was able to help me stop the backup just minutes after talking on the phone and making a couple suggestions after listening to what was going on. Once he was able to get to us, he was very knowledgeable, upfront, and honest. Other big sewage companies have always ripped us off in the past and taken advantage during desperate times, but this man and his company is a perfect example of why we should support small-owned businesses more. I cant thank Josh enough for coming out and helping us out with this problem today. Finally feel like we have a reliable plumber we can count on. I can say without a doubt that this is good people. Id recommend to anyone in my friends and family.
