Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Reserved a car and a truck and neither were available. The only truck they had wasn't ready to be rented. I was told they needed the cars they did have. They didn't inform me ahead of time. I ended up stuck with a minivan at a higher rate. Not the quality of service I'm used to from Enterprise.

Highly recommend Yacouba. He set us up with a great vehicle and was extremely professional. He was very knowledgeable of all coverage packages and rates. Overall great experience with this location.

I have used this location twice now, and both times have been extremely pleased. Great location - it is a tight little parking lot, not alot of extra spaces to park - but it is easy to find, easy to get in and out of, and is in a safe area day or night. The reservation process was easy, the check in process was quick and streamlined - They had all the information already on file and just needed to confirm it, I was in and out in a matter of minutes. They made sure the car I was "assigned" was sufficient for my needs, were willing to offer alternate vehicles if not. They checked fuel, cleanliness of the inside and outside as well as offered time to walk around the vehicle prior to closing the ticket activating the rental. Every member of the staff that I have delt with were polite, understandig, and I loved how helpful to eachother inside the store they were to make the process as smooth as possible for the customers. Appears to be a great "team" environment. I appreciate that they called after the return to verify that everything was good, and see if I had any questions or concerns. I would deff use this location in the future, and suggest it to others as well.
