I have purchased from many distributors in my time and Elements is by far one of my favorites. Customer service is above & beyond, they ship same day in most cases, if ordered timely. If ever (rarely) there is an issue, nobody responds more quickly than these folks. Elements has been a long time supporter of GVA (Georgia Vape Alliance) fighting for your right to have less harmful products for your customers.

Dont do business with them they will steal your credit information. I had an account with them 3 years ago and I havent bought anything from them in 2 years and last month they charged my Amex card that they saved on their file $672.80 When I called them they said someone walked in and did a purchase but they refused to tell me who was it or show me a picture of who when I told them that cant be me because I dont even live in GA Im in another states, then they said they will refund the money to my card but still they never did yet. Ill be taking them to court for fraud and misusing customers information and other charges. Dont do business with them at all.

Sent me defected items and don't take return. Will not do business with them anymore

Be careful they sell lot fake counterfeit brand products, i got into fight with my customer after I bought some goods from them
