I walked in and I was greeted by a warm smile and friendly voice that belonged to an employee named Emory. While my paperwork was processed, he took the opportunity to get to know my company and our needs. When finished, Emory gave a complete tour of the facility, procured a large cart, and topped it off with a COLD bottle of water. (Hot, muggy summertime is in full swing) As I shopped, I had every question answered by a friendly face. Most often that face was Emorys. The staff at Unique consistently went above and beyond to make sure I had the knowledge to match my needs with the product at hand. I hate to admit, but it is never easy to be one of the few women in a male dominated industry. Unique treated me with respect, an inordinate level of kindnesses and efficiency. I cant wait to make the trip from Charlotte,Nc again and I look forward to working with Emory. I would highly recommend this place.
