Ive worked with Trotter before and everything about the experience was excellent. Nothing different this time around. They are honest and fair, there when they say they will be, and do what they say theyll do with a high level of craftsmanship. As an example, when Jim came out for the pre-installation inspection, he made a couple of changes to the plan that saved me hundreds of dollars.

Trotter is the best! I needed some drainage work in my backyard, as the land slopes toward the house and I was starting to have water in my garage when it rained. Really great people to work with, and after a few rainy days it's clear the job is well done. They installed new basins and drain pipes out back as well as digging swales to redirect rainwater. Marc and James did the planning; they and the work crew definitely had my best interests in mind. Thanks Trotter - will definitely call again.

I want to stay in my 70-year-old house with its stone foundation. From the time I moved into my house, the basement/garage/crawl space leaked whenever it rained. I do not want to move. In early March of 2024, the heavy rain and subsequent water around the basement sent me to the internet. IT WAS SATURDAY. I compared company reviews and filled out an inquiry on the Trotter website. In a few hours, Lisa called me ON SATURDAY and set up an appointment with Scott Long for April Fools Day! But Scott Long is no fool. He called me on my appointment day and asked if he could COME EARLY. Of course you can, I said. Scott spent considerable time reviewing my property and created a diagram of the house foundation, including basement and crawl space. He developed a solution, with all steps included. I was sold. And Jim Kitchens, who came out with Scott right before the work was scheduled to verify the plan, is the man, the house foundation whisperer! I can stay in my house because of Scotts clear planning, Jim's final planning, and Trotters years of experience helping people like me. Thank You TROTTER!
