Horrible experience not worth your time or money he lies and takes long he told me my motherboard is broken and he was going to see if he can repair it. If he can repair it, then Ill pay the repair cost, but if not then, its $45 for the diagnosis fee on my ps5 took like 2 weeks to repair then he said it was fix when I took back home same message appear about ps5 to hot and keep turning off I took it back and he said he needed to see it first so I took it with him and okay a few games but the message wasnt coming in the screen because it comes on after 2 hours of playing i cant be there for 2 hours then I told him I would show him a video when I get home and he said he has to see it him self not a video and if I didnt have the receipt I cant have my refund and I have lost the receipt so basically i got screw and I pay $210 Lost my money and ps5 still bad

Saw this place because of the great reviews. However that was not my experience. First off idk if customer service is bruhs strong suit. However, came in on a Saturday because my Xbox one stopped working back in October. He says he can take a look at it and then hell call. I asked him about how long would it take he said a couple days . What threw me off by that was because I see all of yalls reviews saying how fast and same day service yall had received. Nope not for me. I had to call him on yesterday because its been a couple of days since then. He tells me my motherboard is broken and he was going to see if he can repair it. That is correct, he was not able to repair it. Am I upset? I wasnt really, I was gonna be understanding until, I came in just now to pick it up and idk if he was joking but when I heard him say oh I wasted time I pray he said it for the benefit of me and not him because if anyones time was wasted it is definitely mine, because of the false advertising reviews everyone on here spoke of and not to mention money, I mean he didnt have to pay $45 dollars, I did.
