        First shop I've ever been to where the vape I buy auto-fires and they won't exchange it. Told me I just needed to blow through the bottom and charge it. I left and went to another shop and bought another one. Good Riddance.

      Dear Kenneth Allen,We gladly take back any device that is tested inside the store and it doesn’t work. Your disposable may have auto fired on its first use but before you left the store it was working fine and you seems satisfied with your purchase. Our posted policy is test your vape before leaving the store. If it doesn’t work there, we will replace it. In your case we will gladly replace your vape even after it left our store. Please stop by anytime in this week to get a brand new vape of your choice.The advice that we gave regarding blowing through the bottom hole of disposable vape and charge the device for half an hour before using it, is for prolonging the life of any disposable vape.
