We placed our order, and though there was a hiccup with the usual delivery process due to the driver falling ill, the owner Jim went above and beyond. He personally delivered our device to our apartment and took the time to demonstrate how to use it properly. I asked for one thing to park one hosue over bc my family frowns upon vaping and to text me when here and yall knocked on my door and got me into all sorts of trouble , vapes are not fda approved the least would be to follow delivery instructions now my vape was thrown out
