FedEx Ground

I hardly ever leave a review but my experience is the same as everyone else, they simply will not deliver my package and they keep making excuses on why they cant. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. They should just shut this location down if they dont want to deliver peoples packages.

This is the worst delivery company ever!! Everytime a company ships something to us using this company, someone from the company STEALS the package. Instead of fixing it, the company keeps trying to deliver empty boxes. I can't get in touch with a manager. I've filled a complaint with FedEx and the company that shipped through them. Never ship with Fedex!! They are thieves and they do nothing to help fix the situation!!!

This is worst and most laziest facility ever. How do you lose my package when it was last scanned in this facility?? Either you guys are too lazy to find it or someone stole it. I paid so much money for my package and now I cant get a replacement. First and last time ever using this facility. Nothing but lazy people.

Horrible Service (Day 2 Of them Saying My Package is Out for Delivery for it to show No one Answered the Door when Im Home waiting for it) Driver Arrived sits in the Parking lot for Half an Hour and leaves. Dont Use FedEx especially if its the Norcross Location.
