Is Regus still in business? I called and left a voice mail to secure meeting space on Monday morning at 9 AM. I also called back in the afternoon and stayed on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. Still waiting on a call back....

Management and customer service at this location are unacceptable especially with the new front desk staff and property management. Whomever, they've hired for basic cleaning services needs to be fired as you can often smell the bathrooms from the hall. The internet which is critical to my work is often going down. Secondly they advertise as a 24 hour space but if you run your business at night like many entrepreneurs do they will harass you about it. Not a comfortable environment at all to run a business as you can't get help in a timely manner for office issues. After being here for several years I decided to take my business to a more professional cowork space, as Regus's quality of service keeps going down. The disrespectful representatives and hidden fees on my account make doing business here a bad investment.

THEY WILL ILLEGALLY CHARGE YOUR CARD WITH NO AUTHORIZATION. STARTED THIS ACCOUNT ON MONTH TO MONTH THE END OF AUGUST. I"VE BEEN CHARGED 4 TRANSACTIONS SINCE THEN!!!! 2 TRANSCATIONS HAVE OCCURED ON A CARD THEY NEVER WAS GIVEN AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE.
I SIGNED UP FOR MONTH TO MONTH AND STILL HAVING TROUBLE CANCELLING THEIR SERVICES. I HAVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL STATING THINGS WERE CANCELLED THE BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER. ON TODAY, SEPTEMBER 20th IVE BEEN ILLEGALLY CHARGED AGAIN. THATS 2 CHARGES OF $67 IN ONE MONTH, WHICH IS SUPPOSEDLY THE MONTHLY CHARGE.
SPOKE TO A REPRESENTATIVE TODAY AND NOW IVE BEEN ACCUSED OF SIGNING UP FOR A 6 MONTH LEASE. (WHICH NEVER HAPPENED)
AFTER SEVERAL OCCASIONS TRYING TO GET THIS FIXED, I"VE DECIDED TO DISPUTE EVERYTHING DIRECTLY WITH MY BANK DUE TO THEIR BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.

I rented this office for 2 months. They ended up fraudulently charging my credit card three times. They had hidden retainer fees and didnt include tax when quoting the price of the office. The office says that masks are required in the office but multiple times I had complete strangers walk into my office with half a mask on demanding to know how to find someones office. I would definitely not recommend using this company for a short term office rental. We have had to cancel our credit card to ensure we dont receive any more fraudulent charges from this company.
Update: 1 month after my contract ended I have not received my deposit even though its been the maximum amount of time they have to refund my deposit. And they just sent a bill today and tried to charge another fraudulent charge.
Update: After manager posted below - it took 5 days to get a reply with more information on my account and another 30 minutes on the phone today with customer service to find out that the deposit will be $200 short of what they owe me. As of this date, I still do not have the deposit. I seriously would not recommend renting space from this company.
