I cant speak highly enough of Jenny!! She goes above and beyond in all aspects of managing rental properties and as a realtor. She was always there for anything we needed regarding the rental property and did everything she could to provide us with excellent service. Iris Omokhodion told my roommate that we should apply for a property quickly, as they wanted to rent the property as soon as possible. They were somewhat responsive before we applied. As soon as we applied, we heard nothing back and I don't think they even ran our background check. It really feels like they took our application fee and did nothing. It's been over two weeks, and we have texted, emailed, and called with no response or update. I would not recommend trying to lease from this company.
