I am ever so thankful to this team! They assisted me a few years back when I was having troubles renting and helped me to locate a home. I went back after getting my credit in order and now I am the proud owner of my 1st home! They worked diligently to make sure that all i's were dotted and all t's crossed and we closed with no mess! I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or rent! I even received a gift at closing! So thankful!

Horrible company, please don't waste your time. I paid this company 199$ to search for a second chance property or management company and they took my money with minimal work done on finding me a home. I was asked a deadline which was 6/1/2018 I am yet to get a viewing or a response to my emails or calls. When I did get responses there were excuses. I went to a property that was given via email and it was occupied and wouldn't be ready until the second week in July. My social and important papers are out there and I am out of 199$. BBB have been contacted. I am now living from place to place with three kids. After I was told that I would be put into a home by this company. I understand that the process could be lengthy but a month...I haven't even gotten a courtesy call or email saying IN PROGRESS or anything. Very unprofessional. I want a refund....and I paid by cash app at almost 8p.m. natalie herbert was all ears when she knew money was coming through...now i can't even get a response back...they answer when I get others to call or email but I paid a fee and still can't get a response...who does these things

Second chance is a SCAM! They make guarantees that they can't keep. The work that they do can be done yourself. All they do is call the listing agent and ask if they will take you with your credit/issue. You can do that yourself for free. I was never found a home. I am not sure why they use having found a home for a guy with a terrorist stalking charge as a selling point, but they brag as if it is. Keep your money!

If you are in need of a place to stay PLEASE do not go to Absolute Home Source. It is a waste of time and money. I paid $200 that I could not afford but desperate for a place because I have 2 children. I was contacted with 3-4 properties to look at but three were beyond the distance I was willing to travel as I mentioned to the agent and the other one was in a bad area. Once those did not work for me I could no longer reach the agent and I heard nothing else. I continued to look on my own. After no success I contacted Absolute and told them that I completed an application 3 months prior and was told that I had to complete a new application and pay another $200 because my information had expired. WOW!! It was the first I'd heard of it and it hurt but God is able.
