Matthew, did a great job. We had a sudden leak and he cut into the sheetrock and found the leak within an hour. We then stayed until 11:30pm to repair the leak and get our water services back on and called the water mitigation team for a quote. I would recommend them for the plumbing repair. We did decide to get multiple quotes the next day for the mitigation phase as the estimate was over $12,000 and I wanted to confirm that the insurance will pay.

Do not use Roto-Rooter. They came out to repair a water heater leak and to disconnect my outdated water filtration system. The plumber did not check the water pressure before hooking the system back up and caused $3,000 worth of damage to my water heater and other parts of the plumbing. When I complained to management they took no responsibility for the plumber's oversight. They did even offer to credit back any portion of the Roto-Rooter bill, which was $600 for just labor, no parts. Worthless company. Stay away. Their technicians might be fine for unclogging toilet but for anything else they will leave your house in worse shape than before they came.

PREDATORY LIARS I could not agree more with the other post discussing how egregious their pricing is and predatory their practices are. They take full advantage of a person needing their services during after-hours or holidays. I will never use or recommend them and hope to spread the word on how unethical they are. We had a water leak right around Christmas and mistakenly called them since I've used Roto in several other states and been happy. I thought because they are a national company that the service and the guarantee would be better. I could not be more wrong. Michael Hoffman arrived who is more salesman than anything and reassured us he would help us with the whole insurance claim process and that we would not owe anything out of pocket, all while he clicked buttons quickly through the contract, crossed his fingers, and promised to help us. Fast forward to the insurance claim being filed and a war over pricing begins between Allstate and Roto due to over pricing. Why? Because Roto REFUSES to use the industry standard for pricing (Xactimate) which almost every other reputable mitigation company uses. We are left with a sizeable balance and IMMEDIATELY start getting emails from Selene Diaz who is an office Karen like none other at this Roto branch. She is rude, not helpful and an actual liar (when asked if there was anyone else we could speak to that could help us resolve things). Selene sent us a bill for what Roto and Allstate refused to reach an agreement on and blamed Allstate for not being amendable to negotiating. Selene then gave us no notice and 2 weeks after the bill is sent to us threatens a mechanic's lien on our house for non payment. She could and would not answer why we were not given the required time-frame for payment before pursuing this, and also could not even give us a date as to when this lien would be filed. Yet another predatory practice you will find here. Multiple supervisors and Mike himself failed to return phone calls and emails over the course of several weeks. This company is a complete scam, predatory and I have heard this happens often with this company here. They are the worst kind of business to deal with, do not use them unless you want to have your own nightmare review to write.
